Blink Outdoor Home Services LLC is a residential exterior home maintenance company providing scheduled, bundled outdoor services throughout the year. Instead of hiring multiple contractors, homeowners rely on one company for power washing, gutter cleaning, seasonal upkeep, and more.

Our packages cover a comprehensive set of exterior services, including:
- Window and screen cleaning
- Gutter and downspout cleaning
- Exterior soft washing (siding & roofing)
- Power wash (driveway, front entry, sidewalk)
- Driveway stain treatment & spot cleaning
- Shrub trimming; outdoor AC unit cleaning
- Trash & recycling bin cleaning
- Fall leaf removal (Cul-De-Sac King)
- Exterior home condition reports
- Unlimited spot cleaning (select plans)
All plans include Blink Protect — a nano ceramic coating that resists dirt, weather exposure, and UV damage.

We primarily focus on annual membership packages, which provide the best value and ensure consistent property care. That said, we're always willing to work with our members to add services over time as your needs grow.
Scheduling & visits
- How often will my home be serviced?
We operate on a quarterly service schedule designed around the seasons to keep your exterior maintained all year long.
- Do I need to be home during service visits?
You do not need to be home. Our technicians work on the exterior and complete most services independently. To help us do our best work, please make sure:
- Pets are put away
- Gates are unlocked
- Driveways are clear (especially for power washing)
- Items near your home are moved aside (windows, screens, gutters, soft wash)
If any special access is needed, we'll communicate with you ahead of time.
Getting started
- How do I get started?
Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Confirm your pricing and select your package using our instant online quoting tool.
- Review and approve the quote we'll text or email you. A $100 deposit is required — applied directly to your first quarter's bill.
- We get you scheduled. The rest is in our hands!
- What happens after I sign up?
After enrolling, your exterior maintenance runs on autopilot:
- Your property is added to our service schedule.
- Services are planned throughout the year based on your package.
- We'll text and email you before scheduled work; our tech texts when on the way.
- Our team arrives and completes the work.
