At Blink Outdoor Maintenance Service, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the highest quality exterior cleaning and maintenance services.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date. We will review your concern and, if applicable, revisit your property to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

Services were not rendered due to cancellation by Blink.

A valid claim was submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service.
Partial refunds are not provided once a service has been started, unless Blink determines that the service could not be completed due to company error.

Non-Refundable Items

Deposits or membership fees are non-refundable after 3 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction resulting from pre-existing conditions (such as stains, damage, or buildup that cannot be removed through standard cleaning).

Services canceled less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.​
