Before you book
- What's the catch with the member price?
There isn't one. Your first visit is priced to your yard, then 33% off, the same discount Cul-De-Sac King members get. No plan, no commitment. Visits after that are at the standard price, unless you join and keep the member price.
- How is my price worked out?
From your yard, not a guess: lot size from public records, and the number of mature trees, canopy cover, beds, fence lines and slope read from aerial imagery. The same address always gets the same price.
- Why more than one visit?
Leaves don't fall on a schedule. Clear the yard in early November and by Thanksgiving it's covered again, so a second trip in December catches the stragglers. Cul-De-Sac King includes both trips at the member price.
- Do I need to rake anything first?
No. Don't rake, bag or pile anything. We take it from the yard as it is.
- Do I need to be home?
No. Everything we do is outside. Please put pets away, leave gates unlocked and keep the driveway clear. We text before each visit, and our tech texts when they're on the way.
