Exterior Home & Roof Soft Wash

Low-pressure roof and home facade cleaning that safely eliminates mold, mildew, algae, and grime — restoring your home's color without damaging siding, shingles, or trim.

Why It Matters

Those black streaks are alive. We take care of them.

The dark streaks running down so many Kansas City roofs aren't dirt. They're algae, and alongside the green film on the shady side of the siding and the mildew under the eaves, they keep growing every humid summer until something kills them.

Blasting them off with a pressure washer is the wrong fix. High pressure strips the granules that protect your shingles, forces water behind siding, and etches soft trim. A soft wash uses low pressure and cleaning solutions that kill the growth at the root, then rinses it away, so it stays gone longer and the surface underneath is never damaged.

We wash the roof and the whole facade: siding, the outside of the gutters, soffits, window frames, and doors. Your house gets its color back, and the materials that keep it dry last longer.

“They cleared all the weeds from our landscape beds, soft-washed our house, cleaned our trash bins, etc etc and left everything looking brand new.”

— KATIE WELCH, Google review

Questions

Exterior Home & Roof Soft Wash FAQs

Is soft washing safe for my roof?

Yes. That's the point of it. Low pressure cleans the roof without lifting shingles or stripping their granules, which is exactly what a pressure washer would do.

How often is my house washed?

Once a year, on your summer visit between May and July. Every membership includes it.

What should I do before the visit?

Move anything sitting against the house — furniture, planters, decor — out of the way, and keep your windows closed. Put pets away and leave gates unlocked. That's it.

Can I book this on its own?

We're built around annual memberships, because that's how we keep the price down and the schedule automatic. If you're already a member, we're always happy to add services as your needs change.
