We clear leaves, debris, and blockages from your gutters and flush downspouts so water flows freely — protecting your roofline and foundation from costly water damage.
Why It Matters
Water should leave your roof. Not sit on it.
Gutters have one job: catch the water coming off your roof and send it away from your house. Once they fill with leaves, seed pods, and sticks, that water spills over the edge and soaks the ground right beside your foundation, or backs up under the roofline and into your fascia and soffits.
Kansas City's storms make this worse. A single summer downpour can drop more water than a clogged gutter can handle, and the damage it causes, like rotted trim, a wet basement, or a cracked foundation, costs far more than the cleaning that would have prevented it.
We clear every gutter run on the house, then work through each downspout until water drains freely from top to bottom. It's part of your summer visit, alongside the soft wash, so your roof and gutters are clean together.

Gutter & Downspout Cleaning FAQs
- How often are my gutters cleaned?
Once a year, on your summer visit between May and July. Every membership includes it.
- What if a downspout won't clear?
We make every effort to unclog every downspout so water drains properly. If we find something cleaning won't fix, like a damaged section or a joint pulling away from the house, we'll tell you what we found.
- Do I need to be home?
No. Everything we do is outside, so most visits happen while you're at work or away. Please put pets away, leave gates unlocked, and keep the driveway clear. We text before each visit, and our tech texts when they're on the way.
- Can I book this on its own?
We're built around annual memberships, because that's how we keep the price down and the schedule automatic. If you're already a member, we're always happy to add services as your needs change.
