Outdoor AC Unit Wash
We rinse and clear your outdoor AC condenser of dirt, pollen, and debris — helping it run more efficiently, extend its lifespan, and keep your cooling costs in check.
Why It Matters
Your AC breathes through its fins. Keep them clear.
Your outdoor condenser works by pulling air through thin metal fins and across the coils behind them. Every spring those fins collect pollen, dust, grass clippings, and the cottonwood fluff that blankets Kansas City in May.
As they clog, the unit has to run longer and harder to move the same heat out of your house. That means higher electric bills in July and more wear on a system that's expensive to replace.
On your summer visit we clear the debris around the unit and gently rinse the coils and fins. Gently, because high pressure bends fins, and bent fins block airflow too.

Outdoor AC Unit Wash FAQs
- Is this the same as an HVAC tune-up?
No. We clean the outside of the condenser so air moves through it freely. We don't touch refrigerant, electrical, or anything inside the house, so keep your regular HVAC service on the calendar.
- When is the AC unit washed?
On your summer visit between May and July, ahead of the hottest stretch of the year. Every membership includes it.
- Do I need to be home?
No. Everything we do is outside, so most visits happen while you're at work or away. Please put pets away, leave gates unlocked, and keep the driveway clear. We text before each visit, and our tech texts when they're on the way.
- Can I book this on its own?
We're built around annual memberships, because that's how we keep the price down and the schedule automatic. If you're already a member, we're always happy to add services as your needs change.
